Ingo is a seasoned professional with nearly three decades of experience in Internet technology and over 38 years in software development. With a background that encompasses leadership roles in international environments, he brings a wealth of expertise to the table.
Beginning his career with roles in software development and startup founding, Ingo quickly rose through the ranks, managing diverse projects for companies ranging from startups to large enterprises. He successfully sold two companies during this time.
In addition to his corporate engagements, Ingo has been involved in regulatory projects such as GDPR and ESG on corporate and governmental level, demonstrating his strategic insight and commitment to industry compliance.
As a co-founder of Blockchain Powered Solutions GmbH, he has further showcased his entrepreneurial spirit, launching projects focused on blockchain technology, interoperability and data protection.
Ingo’s track record speaks to his ability to deliver results, lead high-performing teams, and drive innovation in technology and business strategy. He continues to be a trusted advisor in matters of technology, compliance, legal, and business, offering invaluable insights to organisations navigating complex challenges and regulatory landscapes.

Ben joined Lolly following the roles of digital and ecommerce director for Migros, Switzerland’s largest retailer (and the world’s 25th largest), and digital market lead for McDonald’s Switzerland.
He has extensive experience in developing traditional retail and B2C oriented brands in digital, social media, e-commerce & multichannel business and communication. Sector experience includes FMCG, restaurants, electronics, sporting goods, textile, DIY, furniture, and energy sector in Switzerland and Europe.
With a highly service orientated mindset, Ben excels at building strong partnerships with brands and agencies, and knows how to match both C-Level management expectations and customer needs.
Ben studied economics at St. Gallen University and speaks German, French and English.

Susanne is an international marketing leader with 20 years of experience in media, marketing and consultancy.
She has lived and worked in Düsseldorf, Amsterdam, London and Tokyo and combines the experience of working as a marketer on client side as well as working with highly prestigious brands on agency side across a wide range of industries including automotive, FMCG, retail, finance, consumer electronics and luxury brands.
Susanne started her career at Nikon and under her leadership as Head of Marketing and Branding, Nikon achieved a market leading industry position and won multiple awards. She continued her career at WPP’s MediaCom media agency before joining Omnicom.
In 2022, Susanne was appointed CEO of Omnicom´s OMD media agency in Germany and transformed OMD Germany to become the digital market leader as well as Germany´s most awarded media agency.
Her success was locally recognised in 2022 with the prestigious Personality of the Year Award and globally honored by Campaign´s Agency of the Year Award as Global CEO Digital & Media.
Susanne is currently Chief Global Client Officer of Omnicom Media Group Germany and in this role supports global brands and marketers to achieve better business outcomes through smarter usage of consumer insights, data and tech.
Susanne speaks German, English and Japanese and is an active member of major global industry award juries for media, creativity, data & tech.

Emma has extensive experience within the international business information industry.
She has held a variety of roles which have included working in data procurement, reseller strategy, strategic partnerships, and product development, so brings a depth of practical knowledge.
Having worked for, or consulted to, a number of international companies at Board/Director level, she brings to Lolly a strategic blend of guidance, network facilitation and expert counsel.
She is an active industry participant having held board positions within industry associations, including Federation of Business Information Service (FEBIS).
Emma is currently an Executive Board Member and the Treasurer of the Association of International Credit Directors and Professionals (AICDP) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM).

Sajjeed is a professional accountant and certified board member with over 25 years of management-level experience in growth strategies, business development, and governance. He is a Partner at Spectreco LLC, USA, and was previously the Regional Public Affairs Lead for the Association for Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in the Asia Pacific region.
He advises Lolly on the roll-out of operations and sales hubs in Pakistan and the region. His expertise spans ESG/sustainability, technology, data, edtech, e-commerce, telecoms, and FMCG industries.
Sajjeed began his career with Nestlé in Pakistan and progressed into international roles. He has lived and worked in Australia, Turkey, Korea, Indonesia, UAE, Switzerland, Singapore, Malaysia, China, and East Africa.
He has served as CEO, CFO, Chief Business Development Officer, Public Affairs Professional, and functional lead for numerous multinationals and has served on the boards of companies in management consulting, education, telecom, technology, and food industries.

Steffen is the founder of one the world’s first interactive advertising SaaS platform, Cavai, based in Norway.
Cavai was listed as one of the hottest adtech firms by Business Insider in 2022. Steffen was nominated as Adtech Personality of the Year in the same year.

Steffen has been part of scaling numerous products and businesses that have generated over €100m in sales over the past 10 years.
Steffen is founder and CEO of the world’s leading digital energy platform Hiili, based in Spain. Hiili is a spin-off from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.

Hadar is a UX Director with over 20 years of experience leading design teams and creating impactful and ground-breaking frontend and backend product-design across various industries, target audiences, and platforms: retail, finance, entertainment, technology, gaming, telecoms, health, education, and defence.
This wide range of experience has given him an extensive understanding of product evolution and what it takes to create real engagement and value for the user.
As the Head of UX at NGSOFT, a large technology agency, he built the largest UX division in Israel, served dozens of Tier 1 clients and delivered hundreds of B2C and B2B digital products and services, constantly pushing the boundaries of innovation and work methods.
As the Director of CX and User Experience at Flutter Entertainment, Hadar led a complete cycle of research, design thinking, prototyping, UX and UI design, and user testing, for a suite of products and digital services, serving all the organisation’s different verticals: payments, campaign management, fraud, rewards, responsible gaming, etc.
Hadar continues to work with start-ups and cutting-edge technology companies as a product strategy consultant. He leverages user research and data-driven insights to make informed design decisions, identify friction points and opportunities within the customer journey. He aligns the product design with the brand guidelines and customers’ and users’ goals.

Abdul Aziz is the founder and CEO of EFSHA Group in Saudi Arabia. EFSHA operates and distributes leading brands throughout the Middle East and North Africa region, including medical devices from Austria, Germany, Japan and Brazil. EFSHA also owns and operates food and beverage brands, motor oil and pharmaceutical brands in Saudi Arabia.
He is co-founder and vice president of Saudi Arabian tyre company Blatco.
Abdul Aziz is an active member of Qassim, the Chamber of Commerce of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
