Lolly Advance Rewards Terms

Lolly Advance Rewards in general

“Lolly Advance Rewards” are rewards operated by the Operator to Users, Businesses, Brands, and Pages (“Accounts”), in the form of any of the Lolly Advance tokens issued, i.e., Lolly Advance Rewards can be for a specified Lolly Advance token, for a specified Market, for a specified Service or for a specified Brand, Business or Lolly Property. Lolly Advance Rewards are operated by Lolly Blockchain Ltd for the Operator.

Accounts automatically are given a Lolly Advance Wallet as Lolly Advance Rewards are earned.

Lolly Advance Rewards are redeemable within Lolly only.

Lolly Advance Rewards are issued and denominated at 100% (one hundred percent) of the redeemable value of the Lolly Advance tokens. The redeemable value may differ from the current market price for the Lolly Advance tokens.

Lolly Advance Rewards cannot be transferred between Users outside of the context of the normal usage of Lolly.

Lolly Advance Rewards have no value outside of Lolly.

Lolly Advance Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of payment. Lolly Advance Rewards are only redeemable for Services from the Operator.

Earning Lolly Advance Rewards

Accounts earn Lolly Advance Rewards by performing actions in Lolly.

Lolly Advance Rewards are automatically added to the appropriate Wallet of the User, Business, Brand, and/or Page.

Receiving Lolly Advance Rewards

Accounts are able, from time-to-time, to receive and accept (or refuse) Lolly Advance Rewards from the Operator, partners of the Operator, Users, Businesses, Brands, and/or Pages.

Received Lolly Advance Rewards are added to the appropriate Wallet of the User, Business, Brand, and/or Lolly Property, only after acceptance, confirmation, verification, and/or provision of additional information and/or actions.

Redeeming Lolly Advance Rewards

Accounts are able, from time-to-time and subject to the Account’s availability of Lolly Advance Rewards, to redeem Lolly Advance Rewards.

By redeeming Lolly Advance Rewards to support and/or partially own Lolly Property, the User can earn a share of revenues generated by the Lolly Property, as set out in the Lolly Property Terms (“Lolly Property Revenue Share”).

Any pay-out of Lolly Property Revenue Share is subject to KYC/AML approval of the Account.

Redeemed Lolly Advance Rewards are deducted from the appropriate Wallet of the User, Business, Brand, and/or Page automatically.

The Operator accepts no responsibility for the information on Lolly being correct.

The Operator accepts no liability for any damages that may be caused by the use of Lolly or its contents or by data or files sent and received howsoever arising. Users are themselves responsible for checking all data sent or received via the Internet for viruses and malware, including web addresses provided.

The Operator reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or cancel any account, including access to Lolly Advance Rewards, in the event of wrongdoing. Users, Businesses, Brands, and Pages whose accounts have been suspended or cancelled can no longer access Lolly.

The Operator reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or cancel any Users, in the event of wrongdoing, misuse or fraud involving Lolly Advance Rewards. Users, Businesses, Brands, and Pages whose accounts have been suspended or cancelled can no longer run any Promotions on Lolly

These Lolly Advance Rewards Terms are construed under the laws of England and Wales and the parties agreed to the sole jurisdiction of London, England.

You and the Operator agree that the English language version of these Lolly Advance Rewards Terms shall be controlling in all respects and shall prevail in case of any inconsistencies with translated versions, if any.

Any action by you against the Operator must be brought in your individual capacity and may not be brought as a class action or any form of collective action.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the Operator, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers and employees, harmless from and against any claim, demand or damage including legal fees asserted by any third-party due to or arising out of:

• any violation of applicable laws, regulations or these Lolly Advance Rewards Terms by you or anyone accessing Lolly through your User and/or Admin access, with or without your permission
• the use of Lolly by you or anyone accessing Lolly through your User and/or Admin access, with or without your permission
• any negligent acts, errors or omissions by you or anyone accessing Lolly through your User and/or Admin access, with or without your permission;
• any injuries to or death of any person and for damages to or loss of any property, which may in any way arise out of or result from or in connection with these Lolly Advance Rewards Terms, except to the extent that such liabilities arise from the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of any and all claims for infringement of any intellectual property rights arising from the use of Lolly by you or anyone accessing Lolly through your User and/or Admin access, with or without your permission.

If any provision in these Lolly Advance Rewards Terms is prohibited by law or judged by a court to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, the provision shall, to the extent required, be severed from the Lolly Advance Rewards Terms and rendered ineffective as far as possible without modifying the remaining provisions of the Lolly Advance Rewards Terms and shall not in any way affect any other circumstances of or the validity or enforcement of the Brand Terms of Use.

The Operator reserves the right to amend these Lolly Advance Rewards Terms at any time. The latest Lolly Advance Rewards Terms are available in Lolly.
